Chad for Christ
Country: Chad
Country: Chad Monthly cost of supporting a missionary family Chad for Christ began in 2004 when a Chadean pastor and evangelist, Pastor Ngarndeye Bako, sent out a Macedonian Call to the American Church to "come over and help us." Chad has been a neglected country with very few resources and extremely difficult living conditions due to climate, poverty, and an unstable government. Chad for Christ under ANM is partnering with Pastor Bako to reach the many unreached people groups in Chad through rescuing orphans and widows, training and equipping young pastors, and supporting indigenous missionaries as well as offering aid to refugees. Pastor Bako also oversees a very successful, yearly Chad for Christ campaign where he mobilizes churches to travel throughout the country in evangelistic efforts to bring the love of Christ to unreached areas. You can help Chad for Christ and Pastor Bako's ministry by praying and giving either one time or monthly support for any of the following: (1) orphan and widow support (2) support for the Bible School students and (3) support for the indigenous missionaries, (4) support the churches efforts to help the Darfur Refugees who have fled to Chad to avoid being killed by the Government of Sudan. Help Feed The Hungry In Somalia
Dear Christian Friends: You have very likely been watching the reports coming out of east Africa. Millions are suffering the dreadful consequences of a devastating drought. Untold numbers are facing death in this crisis. Probably many of you have been touched by the images of the drought-stricken victims of Somalia in particular, and wondered if there is any way you could help. Now we can offer you an opportunity to do just that. ANM is working with a Christian ministry that is on the ground and offering relief directly to the suffering people of Somalia. The following is a letter from the missionary leader of this ministry, with...

Africa
The work of God in Africa is at times both very overwhelming and very exciting. As you may already know, the needs for food, water, housing, education and medicines are unending. In the midst of this challenging season the missionaries seem to be accomplishing even more than you would imagine possible. Many new converts have been added to the church and new churches have been planted. New moves to disciple these believers are also being incorporated. Your prayers are always needed for these faithful servants and their families. staff
Gary Darcus - Africa Desk Director Seek justice, encourage the oppressed. Defend the cause of the fatherless, plead the case of the widow. Proverbs 31.8-9 As a Desk Director my primary responsibility is to assist our partners as they take the gospel of Jesus Christ to the world's remaining unreached and unevangelized peoples. I do this by advocating (building bridges) and connecting missionaries with North American Christians. My prayer is that all who hear about what God is doing through these fruitful servants will commit to pray for them. I also know that most people can give to support the work in a particle way and finally there are some who can visit the missionary to personally encourage them. Thank you for concidering what your part may be in helping to expand the Kingdom of God in the world. As one of my friends often says, "I can't do alot but I can do something." What about you?
