Ministry Name: India Gospel Outreach and Social Action

Project Description: Life for many rural families in India is extremely hard, particularly bleak for the women. Aside from the responsibilities of looking after the needs of the family, many have to collect water, gather cooking fuel and other daily activities. In many cases, the family has little means in which to meet basis financial needs. Vocational training changes this scenario and for $100.00 a sewing machine can be provided, along with proper training on how to use it. Along with this, the Good News is also shared. Once trained, this machine becomes a tool for extra income for the home. Currently six machines are needed.
